1. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments for services are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is received and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued, whether in full or in part, for any reason.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel before we have started work, please contact us immediately at contact@anysphere.top. In such cases:

Any administrative or processing costs already incurred by us may be deducted from any potential adjustment.
Adjustments are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
No adjustment is possible once work has begun.

3. Service Not Delivered

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control, we will notify you and discuss a mutually acceptable solution, which may include completing the work at a later date or a partial credit toward future work. Cash refunds are not provided.

4. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied, please email contact@anysphere.top with details. We will acknowledge within 72 hours and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection, Bangladesh.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
